What Can Osteopaths Help With?
Osteopathy is a hands-on approach to healthcare that considers how the body’s structure and function are connected. Treatment is tailored to each person, taking into account their symptoms, lifestyle and individual needs.
At Bonnie Wong Osteopath, I take the time to understand what you are experiencing and carry out a thorough assessment before discussing an appropriate treatment approach.
For adults
Osteopathy for Adults
People seek osteopathic care for a wide range of musculoskeletal problems. I take time to understand your symptoms, medical history and individual circumstances before discussing an appropriate treatment approach.
Treatment is tailored to each individual and may include gentle hands-on techniques, soft tissue work and joint mobilisation, depending on your needs.

For babies & children
Osteopathy for Babies & Children
I also provide osteopathic care for babies and children at my Hildenborough clinic.
I have been treating babies and children since graduating as an osteopath and have developed experience working with young patients and their families throughout my clinical practice.
Appointments are adapted to each child’s age, development and individual needs. I take a gentle, child-led approach, with your baby’s or child’s comfort being a priority throughout the appointment.
What to Expect
Talk
We discuss your child’s health, development and any concerns you may have.
Assess
I carry out an appropriate physical assessment adapted to your child’s age and comfort.
Gentle Approach
Your baby or child can move, feed, sleep or take a break as needed.
Discuss
I’ll explain what I have found and discuss the appropriate options with you.
Babies do not necessarily need to lie still during an appointment. They may feed, sleep, move around or need a break, and parents or carers can stay involved throughout.
I will explain what I have found during the assessment and discuss the appropriate options with you. If I feel that your child’s symptoms or medical history require further assessment by another healthcare professional, I will explain this and recommend that you seek appropriate medical advice.
